In your new role you will:
- Support & coordinate to the IT solution rollout/implementation.
- Support user requirements gathering and hand over to service provider as well as ensure delivery to User always with good quality.
- Be involved in IT solution development using ABAP, testing and release as well as relevant documents preparation.
- Participate in project as project member to support project work packages and deliveries.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or any equivalent course.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 2nd and 3rd level SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solution and processes.
- Good logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills, people-oriented, and able to work independently.
