Key responsibilities in your new role
- Conducting quality field performance reviews to ensure high standards are met
- Review and generate internal quality reports, including field performance and root cause tracking, to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct internal site audit activities to identify opportunities for reducing FARs (Failure Analysis Request) & QMRs (Quarantine Material Request)
- Providing and aligning customer-specific presentations to meet their needs and support customer requests, with a focus on Chinese customers
- Contributing to customer core teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Lead focus teams on a rare basis to drive specific quality initiatives and projects
- Support alignment between OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test)/EWM (External Wafer Manufacturing), and ATV QM to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Drive and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including implementing NLoZD (Next Level of Zero Defect) initiatives to improve quality and efficiency
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, such as Quality Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in quality management, continuous improvement, and customer support
- Certifications: ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 auditor certificates are a plus
- Production experience is a plus: Ideally, experience working in production Front-End (FE) or Back-End (BE) environments
- Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and 5 Why
- Experience with data analysis in Business Objects or Tableau, and reporting
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is desirable
- Poses Customer and Supplier Relationship Management skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Poses Leadership and Team Management skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams
- Good Collaboration and Communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas simply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements
- Ability to travel occasionally for site audits and customer visits
