Role Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, SEA is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple Southeast Asian countries, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and timely closure of open positions.

The role partners closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, recruitment agencies, and business leaders to identify and attract high-quality talent across Sales, Service, Engineering, Field Operations, Technical, Corporate, and Professional functions. You are expected to proactively build talent pipelines, provide market insights, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and drive recruitment outcomes through strong execution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance.

  • Handle multiple roles across Southeast Asia, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.

  • Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and sourcing.

  • Source, screen, assess, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, referrals, databases, networking, and direct sourcing.

  • Conduct competency-based screening interviews and provide detailed candidate recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely feedback collection from interview panels.

  • Drive hiring momentum by proactively managing pipelines, stakeholder follow-up, and candidate engagement activities.

  • Support offer discussions, candidate negotiations, and pre-joining engagement to improve offer acceptance and joining rates.

  • Monitor requisition aging and take ownership for driving faster role closures.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired and critical positions across the region.

  • Build talent pools for future hiring requirements and succession hiring needs.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, business leaders, and recruitment partners.

  • Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline status, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market conditions, compensation competitiveness, and hiring challenges.

  • Ensure a professional, responsive, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to improve engagement and reduce offer declines or drop-offs.

Vendor & Agency Coordination

  • Partner with recruitment agencies for difficult-to-fill and niche hiring requirements.

  • Review agency submissions and ensure candidate quality aligns with business expectations.

  • Monitor agency responsiveness and support effective utilization of external recruitment partners.

  • Coordinate background verification and pre-employment activities where required.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately maintained within Workday, Avature etc.

  • Complete candidate dispositioning and requisition updates in a timely manner.

  • Maintain recruitment data accuracy and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

  • Track recruitment metrics including pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, and offer acceptance rates.

  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably supporting multiple countries or business functions.

  • Proven experience recruiting for Sales, Technical, Engineering, Service, Operations, and Corporate positions.

  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search methodologies.

  • Experience conducting candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday, Avature, SuccessFactors, or equivalent.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting across Southeast Asia.

  • Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or multinational organizations.

  • Search firm or agency recruitment experience.

  • Exposure to talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

  • Experience supporting hard-to-fill and niche hiring requirements.
