The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
- Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Wet department.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required. Able to Perform advance machine troubleshooting. Knowledge to Wet tools (Metal Lift-off, Chemical Spray tool, Wet Benches and SRD tool) is a must.
- Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol.Support the Tools setup, installation & qualification.
- Plan & execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality).
- Train junior technicians to attain and improve skills & competencies for line sustaining activities.
- Support process team for evaluation & process verification. Able to work in rotating shift pattern.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent.
- At least with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in FOL metrology tools such as Defect Scanning (KLA/Unity/Onto) Tools and Measurement (CD/OVL/Bow/Roughness/Zeta) Tools.
- At least 3 years or more of working experience in the metro related field is required.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
