Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when needed.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar promptly.

Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.

Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Prepare and set up dining tables before service and clear tables after customers leave.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, service stations, and work areas.

Process bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and basic cleaning tasks.

Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow company SOPs, food safety, and health regulations at all times.
Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-
Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or in customer service is an added advantage.

Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.

Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.

Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
