Service Sales Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Sales Engineer to grow our service and aftermarket business.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to identify their service needs and provide suitable solutions, including preventive maintenance contracts, spare parts, repairs, system upgrades, retrofits, and replacement solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow service sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Promote and sell preventive maintenance and service contracts.
• Follow up and secure service contract renewals.
• Identify opportunities for spare parts, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and equipment replacement.
• Conduct regular customer visits and develop strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and follow up until closure.
• Conduct technical presentations and explain proposed solutions to customers.
• Develop and maintain a healthy service sales pipeline.
• Work closely with Service Engineers, Technicians, and Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
• Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned service sales and revenue targets.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in service sales, technical sales, HVAC, M&E, industrial equipment, or a related industry.
• Experience in selling maintenance contracts, spare parts, upgrades, or technical service solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong interest in sales and business development.
• Able to work independently and follow up effectively with customers.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for customer and site visits when required.
