About The Team

The Marketing Packages & JBP team is responsible for driving Shopee Mall's monetization through the development, commercialization, and execution of annual marketing packages. The team partners closely with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing solutions that help brands grow while achieving business revenue targets.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end operations of Shopee Mall marketing packages, including package setup, commercialization support, seller onboarding, fulfillment tracking, and post-campaign monitoring.
  • Coordinate banner inventory allocation, schedule management, and marketing asset fulfillment to ensure optimal inventory utilization and seamless campaign execution.
  • Partner closely with Business Development teams to provide consultation on package offerings, campaign mechanics, inventory availability, and seller-related enquiries.
  • Monitor package sell-out performance, utilization, and operational KPIs, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve package adoption and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Creative, Operations, Product, Finance, and other business teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support the planning, development, and commercialization of new marketing packages by coordinating business requirements, stakeholder alignment, pricing, and operational readiness.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and operational documentation to ensure data accuracy, reporting visibility, and effective project management.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives assigned by the reporting manager to support business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, business operations, commercial strategy, marketing operations, business development, or related functions.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (G-Suite). Experience with data visualization, automation, or workflow improvement tools is an added advantage.
