Job Description

Kelayakan:

Calon lelaki mestilah mempunyai pengalaman minimum 5 tahun dalam kerja pembinaan rumah banglo / rumah kediaman / landed property.

Keutamaan kepada calon yang:

Berpengalaman mengawal kerja tapak dari struktur hingga finishing
Boleh membaca drawing architectural, structural dan M&E
Faham kerja RC, brickwall, plaster, roofing, waterproofing, tiling, ceiling, painting dan finishing
Boleh mengawal subcontractor dan pekerja tapak dengan tegas
Boleh menyediakan laporan harian tapak dan gambar progress
Mempunyai transport sendiri dan lesen memandu
Jujur, berdisiplin, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja tanpa pengawasan penuh setiap masa
Tanggungjawab kerja:

Mengawasi kerja harian di tapak bina
Memastikan kerja ikut drawing, spesifikasi dan standard kualiti
Mengatur dan memantau subcontractor / pekerja
Memeriksa material yang sampai ke tapak
Menjaga kebersihan dan keselamatan tapak
Melapor progress harian kepada pihak pengurusan
Mengenal pasti masalah tapak dan cadangkan penyelesaian
