Role Overview

Our client is an F&B Group based in Singapore, a collective of bold dining concepts built around culture, creativity, and community. From vibrant Korean BBQ spots to modern cafés and experiential dining, are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager who lives and breathes culture, understands people, and knows how to turn great ideas into unforgettable experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Production

  • Plan and execute weekly content shoots across multiple outlets.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content, including:
  • Food and beverage hero content
  • Customer experiences and venue atmosphere
  • Behind-the-scenes moments
  • Staff personality and culture content
  • Produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
  • Create and publish daily social media posts and stories.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with brand objectives.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across: Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu (小红书)
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies:
  • TikTok: Trend-driven, entertaining, and viral-first content.
  • Instagram: Brand storytelling, lifestyle, and visual aesthetics.
  • Xiao Hong Shu: Discovery-focused, lifestyle, and community-driven content.
  • Monitor platform updates and implement best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

Influencer and KOL Marketing

  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with relevant influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including local and Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Coordinate influencer tastings, collaborations, and content creation.
  • Manage campaign logistics and communication with influencers.
  • Track campaign performance, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to execute integrated marketing campaigns, including:
  • New menu launches
  • Promotional campaigns (e.g., Happy Hour)
  • Seasonal marketing initiatives
  • Events and brand activations
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Designer to develop creative assets and visual content.
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager on customer engagement, responses, and online conversations.
  • Partner with the Head of Brand to align content with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Liaise with outlet teams to coordinate content shoots, influencer visits, and campaign execution.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze key social media metrics
  • Identify top-performing content and optimize future content based on insights.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Community and Digital Operations

  • Manage and respond to Google Reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media direct messages and the company email inbox
  • Coordinate backend integrations with delivery and reservation platforms (e.g., Eber and dining partners).
  • Maintain accurate menu information across all digital platforms.
  • Coordinate KOL visits with outlet teams to ensure a seamless collaboration experience.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
  • Strong photography and mobile videography skills.
  • Proficiency in short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu (小红书), and current social media trends.
  • Experience managing influencer or KOL collaborations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret social media analytics and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
