Responsible for maintaining payroll related data in the payroll system.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Calculate final payments for resigned employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions.
• Submit IR21 tax clearance applications for foreign employees leaving the company in accordance with tax regulations.
• Manage and administer the time and attendance system, including updating work schedules and correcting overtime records.
• Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes the time attendance report.
• Handle employees’ payroll related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Maintain payroll operations in accordance with company policies and procedures, and recommend process improvements where applicable.
• Support change requests whenever required.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year of experience in payroll administration. Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience for candidates with a Diploma qualification.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and timelines.
• Experience in Singapore payroll administration is an added advantage.
