Support, improve, and monitor governance processes, and implement controls to ensure data quality (e.g: checking the quality of supplier information creation and maintenance for completeness, accuracy of names, addresses and other relevant input fields).

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support, improve, and monitor governance processes, and implement controls to ensure data quality (e.g: checking the quality of supplier information creation and maintenance for completeness, accuracy of names, addresses and other relevant input fields).
• Work on automation, benchmarking, and data analysis, while also supporting and executing operational tasks (e.g: creating and maintaining Supplier Master Data in the SLM solution and SAP ERP system).
• Maintain appropriate files, documents, and reports related to the Purchase-to-Order process handled from the SLM tool to the SAP system.
• Advise on and troubleshoot supplier-related issues, as well as perform miscellaneous administrative tasks related to suppliers.
• Conduct training sessions and stakeholder communications on new guidelines and processes from the Business Process Owner. Create, monitor, and follow up on KPI reports for all countries served.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Procurement or IT support is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (including Macros and VBA) and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Supplier Lifecycle Management (e.g: Ivalua) solutions and SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
  
  

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
