What You'll Do:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Develop job descriptions and post openings on various platforms
Source candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Maintain applicant tracking system and manage recruitment metrics
Foster relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and filling positions quickly
