Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for developing test packages (test programs and hardware) for development, productivity, and quality improvement in GaN products
- Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries
- Develops innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures
- Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with product specifications and test program release requirements
- Ensure timely transfer of engineering, reliability, and production test packages to various testing locations
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics or any other relevant engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in product, yield, and test engineering
- Broad knowledge in semiconductor processes, focusing especially in test process
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, VBA / worked with tester platforms like IPTEST
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Good analytical thought and problem-solving knowledge
- Sense of responsibility, proactive, willing to out stretch under pressure & tight timeline
