Staff Specialist Line Control

Responsible in monitoring, balancing, and prioritizing the manufacturing line in order to achieve Target Flow Factor, CLIP, CTS, and OTD.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Planning and prioritizing WIP to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to manage production capacity to meet demand forecast and resolve supply risk issues.
• Drive production capacity optimization and ensure on time availability of relevant production capacity to meet demand using good planning systematic.
• Identify opportunities and drive process improvement and digitalization.
• Ensure good governance to planning processes to ensure compliance.
• Generate reports and deliver concise presentations to management.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel is crucial.
• Ability to analyze production statistics and forecast demand.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage tight production deadlines.
