Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of Senior OS / Operation Specialists to meet operation targets
  • Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
  • Train and certify Operation Specialists as well as review and propose improvements to existing training scheme
  • Involved in process & equipment issues and uphold Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation Specialist
  • Responsible for capacity and resource planning, Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity, prioritize task to meet business needs as well as would be the key liaison personnel
  • Initiate and lead improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement and drive for quality improvements projects
  • Ensure housekeeping practices is followed at all means, review and propose improvements to housekeeping

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Approximately 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry
  • Min 2 years of people management experience
  • Good leadership and communication skills, ability to interact with all level of personnel and matured personality
  • Evaluates situations with some level of complexity using information
