Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Senior OS / Operation Specialists to meet operation targets
- Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
- Train and certify Operation Specialists as well as review and propose improvements to existing training scheme
- Involved in process & equipment issues and uphold Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation Specialist
- Responsible for capacity and resource planning, Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity, prioritize task to meet business needs as well as would be the key liaison personnel
- Initiate and lead improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement and drive for quality improvements projects
- Ensure housekeeping practices is followed at all means, review and propose improvements to housekeeping
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Approximately 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry
- Min 2 years of people management experience
- Good leadership and communication skills, ability to interact with all level of personnel and matured personality
- Evaluates situations with some level of complexity using information
