Job Description
- Driving high-impact commercial projects, taking ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals.
- End-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the rollout of strategic business initiatives.
- Leveraging data and analytics to identify potential business opportunities, inform decision-making, and improve outcomes for overall business growth.
- Problem-solving through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting business growth.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that support business objectives.
- Engaging with senior leadership and key decision-makers to drive forward key growth initiatives for the business.
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, e-commerce, digital platforms, high-growth startups, or fast-paced business environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills, including project planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, resource allocation, execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and synthesize complex business, operational, and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in financial modelling and forecasting techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts and insights effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive with a hands-on approach and a track record of driving initiatives from concept to implementation.
