Note- This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office. Typically, employees are expected to work 2 days in the office per week.

The role:



To convert motivated student demand into confirmed university enrolments by delivering fast, accurate and personalised advice throughout the application and decision-making process, while providing an excellent student experience and representing partner universities professionally



Key Responsibilities



As a Student Enquiry Officer, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Engage proactively with prospective students through phone, messaging platforms and email to support progression towards enrolment decisions
  • Provide accurate guidance on application processes, admission requirements, timelines and next steps to support student conversion
  • Manage and maintain student records and engagement activity accurately within CRM systems including HubSpot
  • Support conversion performance by maintaining consistent follow-up activity and meeting defined productivity and quality expectations
  • Represent partner universities professionally and communicate key value propositions in alignment with institutional guidelines and service standards
  • Participate in onboarding, training and quality calibration activities to maintain service consistency and conversion effectiveness


Skills & Experience



Essential

  • Professional working English (fluent written & spoken)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfort working towards targets in a structured environment
  • High level of organisation, follow-up discipline and accountability
  • Passion for helping students


Desirable (Not Required)

  • Background in education, sales, customer service or student advising
  • Exposure to international study pathways or overseas education
  • Experience engaging with international students and parents
