Supervisor - Operations

To arrange shipment i.e. Air & Ocean, Trucking; Import & Export, Clearance coordination. Include documentation (Booking / SI submission / BL)

Billing, Follow up on outstanding payment, update daily / weekly reports

To attend rejection calls / complain from the customers and Quotation

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To arrange shipment i.e. Air & Ocean, Trucking; Import & Export, Clearance coordination. Include documentation (Booking / SI submission / BL)
• Billing
• Follow up on outstanding payment
• To update daily / weekly reports
• To attend rejection calls / complain from the customers.
• Quotation
• MAJOR CHALLENGES
• To manage billing closing on time
  
  

ii. To manage daily operations timely to optimise processes and achieve daily KPI targets.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements -

List the minimum and desired knowledge, education, skills and experience

Education & Professional Qualification & Experience

• Minimum SPM.
• Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is preferable.
  
  

Skills

• Preferably basic skills in Microsoft (i.e.) Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
  
  

E-mail.

Knowledge

• Preferably knowledge of logistics & MITI Form D processes.
