Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Menyelia satu pasukan bawahan termasuk peruntukan tugas dan pemantauan kualiti yang disampaikan
- Melaksana, mengawal, menyelaras dan menguruskan operasi anjakan
- Mengekalkan disiplin kakitangan dan orderliness am. Contoh: memantau masa rehat kakitangan dalam aliran harian, MC dan sebagainya
- Melaksanakan semua langkah pembetulan untuk penambahbaikan yang berterusan dalam kualiti, hasil, produktiviti dan keberkesanan
- Memastikan pengemasan yang baik dan mematuhi peraturan keselamatan dalam semua Mesin/peralatan dan stesen kerja
- Uruskan perlindungan/tugasan apabila perlu
- Melibatkan diri dalam proses membuat keputusan dan pengeluaran/penyelenggaraan/aktiviti penambahbaikan talian operasi dan berpengetahuan tentang pengoperasian mesin
- Membantu Eksekutif dalam pengurusan aktiviti pengeluaran/penyelenggaraan/operasi.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Memiliki Diploma atau Sijil yang berkaitan di dalam bidang Mekanikal, Elektronik atau bidang-bidang lain yang berkaitan
- Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja minima 8 tahun sebagai Supervisor Production di kilang Semikonduktor
- Mempunyai pengetahuan tentang kualiti produk dan boleh menyelia pekerja-pekerja lain seperti Technician dan Operator Mesin
- Boleh bekerja Shift 12 jam (pagi/malam)
