Supply Chain, Analyst

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Attend to audit inquiry on inventory count, job order and scrap related matter

Co-ordinate audit related activities (Oracle PI Count, Oracle Cycle Count, PNP Cycle Count and etc)

Execute enhancement program to resolve system (ASF, Oracle, PNP, cycle count and workflow) posting issue

Explore and work on system enhancement for efficiency improvement, cost savings, data accuracy

Monitor and resolve the aging of JO closing activities

Perform Oracle/PNP system performance and functional testing

Perform system setup maintenance for Oracle, PnP and Workflow programs

Support and backup on Oracle routine activities

Education & Experience

Education: Degree or equivalent

Experience: Preferably 2–3 years in a similar industry

Skills

Good Communication skills

Computer literate: Microsoft Office (at least basic Excel), Oracle system, MES system

Process strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving

Independent and able to work with minimum supervision

Working Conditions
