Job Role Description (e.g. main job functions):
MY & SG:
1. Inbound (Import)
- Send ASN for warehouse deliveries from airport/port to 4PL (SG)
- Track and update shipment status
- Upload K1 number for ADD & ADC into the E-Invoice dashboard.
2. Outbound (Export & Mobilization)
- Create proforma invoices & packing lists for exports (e.g., East Malaysia)
- Coordinate with SDC and transporter for self-collection delivery to MLS & RDC.
- Update the mobilization tracking file & archive logistics request forms and other related emails & documentation.
- Arrange spare parts delivery via courier & update tracking
3. Billing & Cost Management
- Raise ACR (payment requests) for import duties & taxes and update the master tracker.
4. Warehouse Operations (SAP & Inventory)
- Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP (GR 107 / 109)
5. Documentation & Audit Support
- Maintain and archive shipment records and emails
- Prepare post-shipment documentation checklists (30% sampling) for audit
Internship Learning Outcomes
Understand end-to-end logistics operations (import to export flow) Learn key shipping documents (ASN, invoices, packing lists, K1) Develop shipment tracking and coordination skills Gain hands-on experience with SAP (Goods Receipt processes) Learn logistics billing and cost management (ACR, duties, taxes) Build data management and documentation skills Understand audit processes and compliance requirements

Major in Logistics, Supply Chain or business can be considered.
Training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of Excel is preferred
