Supply Planner

The Supply Planner is responsible for the end-to-end (E2E) supply planning, production scheduling, and material planning for the assigned portfolio. The role ensures effective coordination of supply activities, enabling timely customer deliveries while maintaining the desired service levels and optimizing costs.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling supply plan with capacity leveling, balancing production capacity utilization against inventory availability to ensure service level fulfillment.
- Ensure high customer service levels by preventing supply gaps and avoiding potential lost sales.
- Manage inventory to maintain responsiveness and flexibility in addressing demand and supply variability.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels that support production continuity while aligning with business objectives for efficient working capital management.
- Oversee inventory planning for new product launches, promotions, and ad hoc projects to ensure timely production and market readiness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, or materials planning within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including capacity planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, SAP APO, or similar tools) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
