Systems ANALYST

Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Analyst Staff to join our Testing Team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality technology solutions across multiple projects. This role is ideal for a systems analyst with a strong testing foundation who can collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and contribute to project success through structured analysis and quality assurance.

The role involves functional, system, and regression testing across multiple initiatives, often in parallel, and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of testing principles, along with the ability to quickly learn automation and performance testing tools.

This position offers hands‑on exposure to automation and performance testing, making it well suited for professionals looking to expand and strengthen their testing skillset while growing their technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in testing activities across assigned projects, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Support system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing efforts
• Document test results and provide clear, timely feedback on system quality and risks
• Prepare test documentation, test execution reports and quality status updates
• Gain hands‑on experience in automation testing tools and frameworks
• Learn and support performance and load testing activities as part of project delivery
• Leverage test management tools and work within an Agile methodology to support end-to-end testing activities across projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, tools and processes
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background as a Systems Analyst or in a related application support / testing role
• Understanding of SDLC, business requirements analysis, and testing methodologies
• Experience in system or application testing (manual testing experience required)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines
• Willingness and motivation to learn automation testing tools and frameworks
• Interest in developing skills in performance and non-functional testing
• Preferred knowledge and experience using JIRA
