We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our SG Support Team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to kickstart their careers in recruitment and talent management.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office

What You'll Do:
Source and attract top talent through various channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Collaborate with consultants to understand client's staffing needs
Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
Assist in developing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree or HR internship experience (open to fresh grads)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
