Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets
- Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms
- Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement
- Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory)
- Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.)
- Experience in sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of local job boards, sourcing channels, and candidate behavior in Asia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Availability of at least 30 hours per week
- Fluency in English + additional Asian languages is a strong advantage
