Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries within the region. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top technology and services talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

The successful candidate will drive recruitment strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and leverage market insights to support business growth across technical and technology-focused functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake discussion, sourcing, screening, assessment, offer management, and onboarding support across multiple regional markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce plans and translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies.
  • Source and attract technology services talent through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and future technology hiring needs.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, stakeholder management, and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to provide insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and process effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company recruitment policies across all supported countries.
  • Leverage recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills Experience

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of technology recruitment experience, including regional or multi-country hiring exposure.
  • Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and technology-focused roles.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels.
  • Experience recruiting across functions such as Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, AI, Product, or related technology domains.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to engage business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience recruiting within a global technology organization.
  • Knowledge of regional labor market trends and employment practices.
  • Experience using Workday, Avature, or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and recruitment marketing programs.

Location Work Model

Tenure : 1 year extendable contract

Location : Uptown Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Work Model : Hybrid
