We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Partner (Fresh Grads)!

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support Singapore-based clients by managing the full recruitment cycle and partnering closely with consultants to understand their hiring needs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy building connections and are eager to launch a fulfilling career in talent acquisition or HR.

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with SG Consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
Conduct initial interviews (phone screen) and assess candidate suitability
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
Connect with candidates, guide them through each stage of the hiring process, and create a seamless and engaging recruitment experience.

What We're Looking For:
Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Candidates with HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Passionate about recruiting and helping others find their career paths
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
