A Day in the Life

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the operational and analytical force behind our recruitment process. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Head, you will ensure a seamless, data-driven journey for every candidate, from sourcing to onboarding. You will be a key partner for our Talent Acquisition Managers, driving speed, accuracy, and a premium candidate experience.

  • Drive Sourcing Excellence: You’ll partner with TA Managers to understand role specifics, craft compelling job ads, and use advanced techniques to identify and engage top-tier active and passive talent.
  • Manage the Recruitment Lifecycle: You will orchestrate the entire selection process, from screening and qualifying candidates in our Avature system to scheduling interviews and managing compliance checks.
  • Ensure Seamless Offer & Onboarding: You’ll manage candidate data with precision, gather necessary documentation, and coordinate with HR Admin and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to day one.
  • Leverage Analytics for Impact: You will track and analyze key metrics like Time to Offer and Time to Fill, providing insights that help us refine our strategies and ensure every shortlist reflects our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong sense of ownership. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities. Your ability to combine data-driven insights with compelling storytelling will be key to attracting the best talent.

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing from an in-house or RPO environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Avature (or a similar ATS/CRM) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is highly valued.
