What You'll Do:
Conduct market research to identify potential candidates across various platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain candidate databases and track progress throughout the recruitment process
Reach out to potential candidates via email or social media
Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies

What We're Looking For:
A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
