Team and Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support the Talent Acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on front-end talent discovery and market mapping, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to move faster and make better-informed hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities


Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical and niche roles.
  • Identify passive talent and develop personalized outreach strategies.

Candidate Engagement

  • Craft tailored candidate outreach aligned with employer branding.
  • Conduct initial screening conversations where required.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.

Talent Intelligence & Process Excellence

  • Share insights on talent availability and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Track sourcing effectiveness and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Support employer branding and talent community initiatives.

Requirements


Education and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Min 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
  • Experience in technology is an advantage


Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persistent, resourceful, and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines effectively
