About The Role
This role is critical to building a consistent, high-quality pipeline of sales talent globally across North America, EMEA, and APJ.
As a Talent Sourcer – Global GTM, you will own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for Sales hiring, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Sales leadership to ensure we have ready-to-engage talent pools for all priority roles.
This is not a passive sourcing role. You will operate as a proactive pipeline builder, focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-performing sales talent in competitive markets.

About The Role
This role is critical to building a consistent, high-quality pipeline of sales talent globally across North America, EMEA, and APJ.
As a Talent Sourcer – Global GTM, you will own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for Sales hiring, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Sales leadership to ensure we have ready-to-engage talent pools for all priority roles.
This is not a passive sourcing role. You will operate as a proactive pipeline builder, focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-performing sales talent in competitive markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of global sales talent (AEs, AMs, SDRs and leadership)
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies across competitor mapping, outbound engagement, and talent segmentation
- Partner with TA Partners to ensure pipeline coverage aligns to hiring demand across regions
- Drive consistent top-of-funnel activity through structured sourcing sprints and outbound campaigns
- Apply strong qualification discipline to ensure candidates entering process meet bar for role, market, and motivation
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and pipeline hygiene across LinkedIn and ATS
- Leverage tools, data, and AI to improve sourcing efficiency and scale output
- Contribute to building a repeatable, scalable sourcing model that reduces reliance on external agencies
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience sourcing in Sales / GTM roles, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Track record building pipelines across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APJ)
- Strong understanding of where and how to find high-performing sales talent
- Highly proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable operating at pace
- Able to operate with ownership in a global, high-demand hiring environment
- Consistent, high-quality pipeline across all priority Sales roles
- Strong flow of pre-qualified candidates entering process
- Clear visibility and tracking of pipeline activity and performance
