Work alongside our consultants to help Singapore-based clients hire top talent, build meaningful relationships with candidates, and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:
Source and connect with top talents through various recruitment channels
Collaborate with SG based consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify the best candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications
Provide feedback and support throughout the recruitment process
Keep recruitment records organized and up to date in our ATS
Build relationships with candidates and create a positive, seamless hiring experience throughout the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
