Join our SG Support Team in Kuala Lumpur as a Talent Sourcing Executive and play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent. This role is perfect for ambitious graduates seeking a fast-paced and rewarding career in recruitment.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What You'll Do:
 Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through various channels
Conduct initial phone screening and coordinate interviews for candidates
Collaborate with SG consultants to understand client's staffing needs
 Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics

What We're Looking For:
 Any Bachelor’s degree
Previous HR experience or HR internship will be an added advantage
Interest in sales environment (Earn attractive bonuses based on your performance)
Good communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
