Job Description

  • Support end-to-end coordination of desk activities
  • Prepare for and coordinate the TCPT Indirect Tax Support Desk management and reporting
  • Lead stakeholder management including monthly / quarterly communication
  • Implement improvement Initiatives
  • Support service management including individual / team performance against defined SLA's.
  • Oversee and review (or delegate review) of analyst’s work as appropriate
  • Support continuous process improvement:
  • Provide single point interface for Client into respective process delivery matters
  • Responsible for delivering the agreed productivity benefits/gain share
  • Oversee and review (or delegate review) of analyst’s work as appropriate
  • Confirm team members have appropriate training and background

Experience And Qualification

  • Qualified CA or equivalent with 8+years experience or with 10+ Years experience
  • Good Knowledge of Indirect Tax & Direct Tax of APAC
  • Strong in MS-Excel
  • Meet/Ensure all the defined service levels agreed
  • Liaise and handle escalation calls and emails from business stakeholders.
  • Track and measure customer feedback
  • Escalate issues to the Business Process Managers as needed
  • Responsible to drive process related automation & transformation through bottom –up approach
  • Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
