This role supports business continuity within the Resource Management and Planning team by providing essential administrative and operational support to the Field Service team in Malaysia. The position focuses on coordinating field service logistics — including resource planning and travel while managing key administrative systems to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Track engineer assignments, availability, and project schedules to support distributed resource planning across the Field Service team
- Manage end-to-end travel and visa arrangements for the Malaysia Field Service team, including flights, accommodation, and visa applications
- Administer the MYSPGI timesheet system, ensuring entries are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth personnel deployment to customer sites
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and business documents, while maintaining confidential records in line with company policies
- Schedule team meetings and internal events, manage incoming communications, and oversee office supply management to support day-to-day team operations
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, team support, or coordination role
- Experience supporting a technical, engineering, or field service environment is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with familiarity in travel booking and timesheet systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage records, scheduling, and business documentation effectively
- Able to handle travel and visa arrangements, timesheet administration, and prepare clear reports and presentations
- Demonstrates adaptability, accountability, and sound judgement in managing day-to-day operational and team support tasks

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
