Technical Service Representative

Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

• Visit customer’s site to observe technical functions e.g. line running, technical issues
• Collect necessary data at customer site, to analyze actual problem upon technical-wise
• Able to find root cause, based on TS manager supervision
• Able to build up good relationship with customers for collaboration
• perform some basic Lab instrument for basic property test
• able to fast learn for additional Lab tests, based on TS manager supervision
• provide day-to-day technical support and expertise to customers
• Making test report timely, and meeting minute when visit customers
• Provide monthly 2P line audit and conduct technical audit of customers coating lines as and when required
  
  

Qualifications

• EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• Required : Bachelor degree in chemicals, packaging & food industry or related
• Preferred: Knowledge/ Experience in TS, Lab for packaging coating is preferred.
