Job Description

Job Purpose

Maintain the scrubber treatment system and wastewater treatment system at optimal operating conditions.

Monitor wastewater and scrubber discharge parameters to comply with required standards at all times.

Follow the HARTALEGA Way, incorporating SHIELD values, ESG, 5S, and Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor scrubber plant operation and verify all parameters remain within standard ranges.

2. Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in optimal condition through preventive, breakdown, and improvement tasks.

3. Execute repair, troubleshooting, and modifications on plant machinery as required.

4. Perform annual maintenance and complete tasks within scheduled deadlines.

5. Conduct projects assigned by plant engineers and implement improvements to plant systems.

6. Track and improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and departmental KPIs.

7. Maintain plant 5S standards and organize tools, equipment, and records in compliance with ISO.

8. Coordinate with other departments and plants for cross-functional activities and process alignment.

9. Perform on-call duties, shift work, and respond promptly to operational issues.

10. Promote teamwork, safe work practices, and adherence to company rules, policies, and regulations.

Qualification and Experience

1. Certificate or Diploma in Engineering; CePIETSo certification advantageous.

2. Preferably 1 year of manufacturing or similar industry experience.

3. Knowledge of pump/motor maintenance, electrical and sensor wiring, mechanical/electrical repair.

4. Basic fabrication skills.
