IMMEDIATE HIRING! I-CITY SHAH ALAM
TELEMARKETERS

• Contact potential customers via telephone and digital platforms (Facebook,

Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).

• No selling over the phone – your role is only to invite customers for a health

screening at our wellness centres.

• Follow up with customer enquiries and appointments.
• Maintain good customer relationships with professional communication.
• Efficient and strong skills in telephone & digital marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Female/Male (Students/Housewives - for Part-time)

• SPM, Diploma, Degree
• Friendly, disciplined, organized, independent person.
• With strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Experience in telemarketing, customer service or digital marketing is an

advantage.

BENEFITS:
(For Full-Time)
- Basic salary range from RM1,800 - RM2,500 (subject to
qualifications & experience).

• Performance Commissions and Incentives (can earn up to RM3K+)
• EPF, Socso, Annual leave, Medical check-up
• 5.5 days work

(For Part-Time)

• RM10 per hour (4 hours work only) + High Commission

• Full training is provided
