Role Description :

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Alternate Saturdays - 9:00AM to 1:00PM
  • Location: Jalan Melaka, City Centre, 50100 Kuala Lumpur


Responsibilities:

The Telemarketing Executive will handle outbound calls to existing, active credit cardholders, offering premium banking solutions, specifically focusing on Cash-on-Call (Fund Transfers) and Balance Transfer programs
