Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve site financial and operational performance for 'wholesale' site.
  • Manage a network of Retail Fuel Service Stations and lead service station dealers to achieve operational excellence
  • Drive marketing programs in order to achieve planned volume, revenue, and margin growth
  • Actively keep a pulse on market and competitor activities and recommend strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service station dealers with regular site visits and team meetings, to ensure continuous delivery of outstanding customer service and implement ongoing business initiatives and assist with administrative requirement of relationship.
  • Work closely with customer service, business support, supply chain, distribution, and governing bodies.
  • Communicate and negotiate changes in rent / license fees (apply to CODO sites)
  • Manage the retail profitability through counseling on Retail pricing and improvement on sales volume.
  • Monitor changes in site / market factors that may require and adjustment to site operation.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met and that a process to identify and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction is working effectively.
  • Ensure that effective promotional and site appearance execution.
  • Ensure development and training of site operators, coordinate continuous learning workshops and seminars for Dealers/Station staff to support the implementation of the marketing plan with emphasis on delivery of world class customer service.
  • Ensure effective implementation of all SSHE/OIMS and Controls policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, FMCG, oil & gas, or dealer/franchise management.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
