Test Engineer

Drive ICT, functional, and system test solutions to ensure high-quality PCB and box-build products while improving yield and production performance.

You will ensure every product we ship meets the highest standards of quality and reliability by designing and optimizing ICT, functional, and system-level test solutions. Through improving test coverage, driving yield performance, and solving complex production challenges, you directly enhance manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your collaboration across teams and influence on NPI readiness will help deliver robust, high-performing products from concept to volume production.

Your daily responsibilities include

• Develop and validate ICT, Functional Test (FCT), and system-level test solutions
• Design and debug test programs, fixtures, and interfaces
• Ensure Design for Testability (DFT) requirements are met
• Support production with troubleshooting, yield improvement, and failure analysis
• Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and implement improvements
• Manage and maintain test equipment (ICT, functional testers)
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and test readiness
• Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers

Additionally, you have:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 10–15 years of EMS experience in test engineering
• Hands-on experience with ICT, FCT, and system-level testing

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• Ability to read PCB schematics and layouts
• Experience with Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA or similar systems
• Familiarity with SMT, PCB assembly, and box build processes
