Additionally, you have:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 10–15 years of EMS experience in test engineering
- Hands-on experience with ICT, FCT, and system-level testing
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
- Ability to read PCB schematics and layouts
- Experience with Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA or similar systems
- Familiarity with SMT, PCB assembly, and box build processes
- Develop and validate ICT, Functional Test (FCT), and system-level test solutions
- Design and debug test programs, fixtures, and interfaces
- Ensure Design for Testability (DFT) requirements are met
- Support production with troubleshooting, yield improvement, and failure analysis
- Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and implement improvements
- Manage and maintain test equipment (ICT, functional testers)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and test readiness
- Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
