【Key Responsibilities】

• TikTok Live Channel Development & Growth
  
  

Lead the local development of BAGSMART's TikTok live-streaming channel in Malaysia. Continuously optimize, iterate, and improve channel performance to create viral products and ultimately achieve higher GMV sales.

• Live-Streaming Strategy & Data Analysis
  
  

Develop effective TikTok live-streaming strategies aligned with the company's operational strategies. Analyze account-related data and competitors, formulate and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly live-streaming operational plans, and continuously optimize the account's live-streaming strategies based on sales data.

• Campaign Planning & On-Site Operations
  
  

Plan comprehensive live-streaming campaigns on the TikTok platform. Develop and execute specific implementation plans based on campaign marketing objectives and strategies. Understand the traffic patterns of live-streaming sessions and manage on-site operations, including product planning and inventory management, host training, script development, and on-air coordination.

• Live-Streaming Team Management
  
  

Manage the operations of the live-streaming team at the office, including team building, refining business processes, improving team efficiency, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

【Requirements】

• 2+ years of experience in live-streaming operations on e-commerce platforms + at least 1 year of team management experience; experience in live-streaming services for FMCG or fashion brands is preferred;
• Passionate about the live-streaming industry; familiar with TikTok’s content dissemination mechanisms and operational rules; understands the basic rules of TikTok store operations; strong data analysis skills;
• Clear logical thinking, ability to work under pressure, strong self-motivation, well-rounded skills, and experience managing a local live-streaming team in Malaysia;
• Proficiency in either Chinese or English as a working language, with fluent spoken communication skills.
