TLM Quality Control Associate

The TLM Quality Control Operator is responsible for ensuring equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demand. The TLM Quality Control Operator improves the reliability of Product Line equipment assets, and increases the utilization and efficiency of assets. This person reduces the cost of service delivery (CoSD).
- Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer with equipment preparation for jobs.
- Perform noninvasive maintenance pertaining to the final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.
- Execute work orders (WOs) as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Product Line, ensuring compliance to standard work as well as WO data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation, such as calibrations, function tests, material certifications and inspections, and as necessary, third-party quality control inspections.
- Prepare equipment and critical spares for shipment and staging at a pre-determined location or loading zone.
- In the absence of Shared Base Support (SBS), carry out some SBS tasks such as equipment shipping, receiving and associated mechanical lifting.
- Receive equipment after SBS offloads equipment that is returning to the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) base.
- Adopt a continuous improvement work ethic and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity in equipment readiness, CoSD and asset utilization through maintenance processes.
- Comply with TLM standards and the Competency Management System.
3-7 years experince, machining, TLM activities, shopfloor work engagement, relevant skills and competence.
