How you create impact

As part of the Total Rewards team, the Total Rewards Expert is responsible for supporting the reward processes within the geography. The Total Rewards Expert will support the Total Rewards Partners and country HR colleagues to effectively provide Total Rewards products and manage Total Rewards data and systems.

What we would like you to bring

Process Support:

• Support reward processes within the respective geography.
• Ensure processes align with global standards and execute local implementation plans.
• Capture and address day-to-day requests related to benchmark analysis, job evaluation, international transfer analysis, STI calculation/calibration, pay gap analytics from the Center of Excellence (COE).
  
  

Expert Advice:

• Provide second-level support to local stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to local HR teams on TR processes and policies.
• Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of local market data to inform and adjust TR practices accordingly.
  
  

Change & Implementation Management:

• Support the TR Partner to effectively roll out changes in the country.
• Support Country HR in understanding and adapting to new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Analyse deviations from the global blueprint and ensure necessary local adaptations.
• Suggest improvements based on local needs and regulatory changes.
