Job Description
- Support day-to-day activities related to partner onboarding.
- Coordinate technical integration, certification, and payment flow alignment between TPAs and internal product/tech teams to ensure compliant, stable, and timely go-live.
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand ShopeePay and SPayLater coverage through TPAs, including new use cases, merchant verticals, and special commercial mechanics.
- Track TPA performance metrics (active merchants, transaction volume, dormancy rate, MDR contribution) and drive corrective actions or optimisation initiatives where required.
- Oversee merchant portfolio quality via TPAs, including monitoring dormant merchants, merchant category risks, and alignment with ShopeePay/SPayLater target segments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for TPAs, banks, and internal stakeholders (SPayLater Risk, Legal, Product), ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Good business development, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self driven and independently motivated.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to form insightful judgments based on situations.
