Job Purpose

A duty that binds to the course of action. The incumbent who needs to complete the task & responsible for action / implementation Accountability: The incumbent / person is answerable for the correct and through completion of the deliverable task / function in specific time frame given.

• Learning and becoming proficient in software
• Completing tasks assigned by their supervisor
• Attending meetings where they take minutes
• Helping different teams and areas of a business with tasks and projects .
• Getting familiar and having active involvement with the business products and services.
• Fulfilling task by a supervisor/manager.
• Performing clerical duties.
• Participate in helping or handling events.
• Learning technical skill related to the industry.
• Job shadowing (observed experienced professional in action).
• Participate in training, Continuous Improvement Program, Safety & Quality Program.

• A Diploma/Degree or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• Eligible to undergo a practicum by university/college.
• Knowledgeable in requested area.
• Able to perform multitasking and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to take initiatives (being autonomous) and follow up with details..
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
• Has attention to detail.
• Good skills of communication.
