Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will support the accurate and timely administration of drivers' payroll, overtime, allowances, and benefits to ensure a positive employee experience
• Furthermore, you will maintain payroll records and HR documentation for drivers while ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements
• Managing payroll and benefits-related queries and serving as a key point of contact for drivers will be an important part of your role
• Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on payroll, benefits, reporting, and audit-related matters
• You will also support administrative activities, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, document management, travel arrangements, and office operations to ensure the smooth running of the Deliver Bulk Transport business
  
  

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You hold a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations
• You have good understanding of statutory compliance, HR documentation, and payroll processes
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
