Warehouse Assistant

We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Logistics team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock monitoring, reconciliation, and investigation of inventory discrepancies to ensure high stock accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse network.
• Manage warehouse operational documentation, including inventory, shipment, and transaction records, while preparing reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives, undertaking additional responsibilities as required to meet business and operational needs.
  
  

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with hands-on exposure to inventory handling, shipment processing, and general warehouse activities.
• Possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Malay, with proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Hold a valid Forklift and Reach Truck licence and demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety standards and operating procedures.
• Reliable transportation arrangements to commute to and from the work location.
• Must be fully vaccinated.
• Own means of transport to commute to the workplace.
  
  

Job Information

• Working Arrangement: Mon-Sat, 2 Shifts (6:30am – 1:30pm) OR (2pm – 9pm)
• Working Location: Block C – Unit 1&2, Plot D40 & D44, Jalan DPB/8, Zone B, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia.
• Allowances: Attendance allowance
• Statutory Contributions: EPF & SOCSO provided
