Warehouse Assistant

Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Sort and prepare gas cylinders for delivery, ensuring they are safely stored, racked, and secured using strapping.
• Operate forklifts to safely load and unload cylinders, while ensuring the equipment is well-maintained and properly parked.
• Perform manual handling and inspections of cylinders, scanning them and raising complaint forms for any bad conditions.
• Track site stock records, document receipts/deliveries, and assist with month-end inventory reconciliation to avoid payment delays.
• Attend to walk in customers and support ad-hoc logistics activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain clean warehouse housekeeping and ensure all shipments comply with local and international regulations.
• Uphold company safety policies and Life Saving Rules by contributing to safety catch, BSV, and Near Miss reports.
• Exercise stop-work authority and emphasize safety catches to anyone (including third parties and customers) performing unsafe acts.

Are you a MATCH?

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in a warehouse.
• Knowledge of SAP for tracking equipment flow is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid forklift license is an added advantage.
• Possess customer-oriented mindset.
